Happy April Fool people! This Friday is a special day not only it's April Fool but also my elder sister's birthday. I came out from the house before everyone wakes up and did not have the chance to greet my sister. Apparently she's having fun as she haven't reply to my message greeting her Happy Birthday.
My birthday is indeed another special day as Ching Ming and my birthday fall on the same day, 5th of April. My birthday is around the corner and as usual, I don't really put up a big celebration but this year would be a little bit different to me. I'm planning to have my second trip to Hong Kong Disneyland in another 2 weeks, how's that sounds to you? I'm feeling awesomely great and excited!
This time Disneyland is celebrating their 5th Anniversary and one of the highlights is "Pins Trading Fun Day". Many didn't know that Disneyland Park has Pin-Trading activity. Have you noticed that all the cast members in the park wearing different pins on their uniform? You can actually trade your pins with them only if your pins are in undamaged condition. I traded almost all my newly bought pins from the shops and collected some of the limited edition pins, such as Annual Pass Pins, Chinese New Year Special Pins and etc. We can only trade maximum two pins for each trading. I approached most of them to check out theirs, and frankly speaking I enjoyed all the chatting and photo session with those cast members.
By the way, my trip is not confirmed yet as flight tickets and room reservation are not made over the internet. I've called to Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel and there are no room left during the Pins Trading period. So my second option is Hollywood Hotel. The problem now is the breakfast buffet is fully booked in Chef Mickeys. It's quite troublesome if I stay in Hollywood Hotel and have my breakfast buffet in Enchanted Garden, Disneyland Hotel.
My previous Disney experience is extremely fabulous! Have I emphasized on how fairy tales alike is the hotel and how extremely polite and nice they are? I celebrated my first Halloween in Disneyland Park. Just found out that I did not post an entry about my Halloween celebration when I was trying to link the entry here. How fun was that, you guess? Check it out :)
The Halloween Glow in The Dark Parade starts at 8pm.
Before the firework show starts.
I spent another 3 hours in the park until 12 midnight after the firework. It was their first day of Halloween programme during my first day visit to Disneyland Park. The show is fabulously and magnificently done! I also bought lots of Disney merchandise especially candies to bring it back here as souvenirs. Now, tell me about your Disney experience. Happy TGIF, people :)
