It's time to blog, been very
slacky busy recently! I just got back from a treasure hunt last weekend, a bunch of old friends gathered together and we had so much fun! Although we did not win anything, but the most important part is the journey and memorable experience with them!
And so, greeting from Seremban! Breakfast, anyone?
I want to make these at home! |
Frankly speaking, I seldom have proper breakfast. A cup of Milo is all I have every morning. If I have such cute pancakes every morning, I'm sure I can gain weights!
The day before. |
My second morning in Disneyland is cozy and easy, despite my flu, cough and skin allergic, everything is magical!
Walked to the Disneyland Hotel from Hollywood Hotel. I've been planning to take a stroll down on the street since my first trip here but it was during summer. This time is the time!
Magic Road |
Took me about 15 minutes to reach the hotel.
Interior. |
The lobby outside the restaurant. |
Enchanted Garden, Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel |
This is the second time I'm here for breakfast buffet within 7 months, I am still as excited as the first time I got here!
Picked our table. |
One of the highlights in Enchanted Garden is there will be greeting sessions from Disney characters. I've took few pictures with them using Instax Mini.
I look sick! |
After breakfast, before entering the theme park, I took a visit to their garden just located outside Enchanted Garden.
The Maze. |
Spoiler! |
Didn't take much pictures in the garden, wanna save the battery life for Disneyland Theme Park.
Welcome to the Disneyland! |
There is a big musical water fountain before the theme park entrance. I spent about 10 minutes listening to the Disney melodies, it brings so much memories back to me. You should have stop by here before entering the theme park :)
the Sleeping Beauty Castle. |
Their first show is High School Musical. To get the best view of the show, I suggest you to be in the area in front of the Sleeping Beauty Castle 30 minutes before.
The man of the show! |
This time I didn't not stood up and dance with them. I don't know why but I did went up and danced with them during my first trip when the dancers invited us to come up and dance. Maybe I have guts that time, I don't know.
Differently from my previous Disney experience, I got a Hi5 Guide Book, which
is a signatories collection leaflet!
Disney characters will be in their designated booth according to the time table. My first stop was the Princesses booth since I was just nearby the location.
I stuttered when talking to them, they are so beautiful to me! |
And they like my shoes! |
My schedule was hectic during the first trip as I wanted to watch every Disney show. This time is rather easy and relaxing, this is my first time meeting with all these beautiful princesses! However, I still missed the chance to meet with Snow White.
Lovely! |
Duffy! |
Max sad! I forgot to get the signature for Duffy! Blame it on him, he is too fluffy for me to remember things!
First time meeting Buzz Lightyear! |
Second time with Merlin. |
Jiminy Cricket |
Can you please sign for me, Timon? |
There is a story behind the scene. After meeting with Jimmy, I walked around to hunt for another characters. Timon wasn't there in his booth when I first passed by there. Then, he appeared. Walking freely and relax to his booth and it was like a trigger, I ran all the way like a baby elephant and it shocked him to hell seeing me running towards him.
I didn't feel embarrassed, not until a small kid asked his mom why is this big sister runs so fast because Timon will be stationed there for the next 30 minutes. GG.
Mickey Chocolate Ice Cream to cool down myself after the Timon incident. |
My next stop, Jungle Cruise - One of my favorite rides in Adventureland.
The Tarzan Tree House. |
Jungle Cruise. |
And the journey starts.
The climax of the cruise.. |
Burning caves! |
Smoke on the water. |
Should have try the Jungle Cruise. They have 3 different languages to cater different needs of guest. I've chose English thought that it should be the shortest queue compared to Cantonese and Mandarin but I was partially wrong. It should be the shortest but due to insufficient manpower for English Language, I need to wait about 30 minutes before my turn.
After the cruise, I rushed to the next show which only run once a day.
Now I present you the *drum roll* Celebration In The Air Parade,
Flight of Fantasy! |
After the show, everyone dismissed and see what I found on some random streets in Disneyland?
Amazingly, these artworks are done free-handed by cast members using a broom and water.
Disneyland is now hosting their 5th Year Anniversary,in conjunction of celebrating their 5th year milestone of Hong Kong Disneyland, Star Guest Programme has been introduced to their guests.
I felt a little bit unwell which made my Disney experience slightly incomplete. I did not watch the Firework for the second time. Regretted.
I'll be back! |
It's time to pack as my flight will be by 7pm, the day after. I've collected cards and stickers from Disneyland Theme Park. All these can get from the cast members, all you need to do is be nice and friendly and they will give it to you willingly. I've seen so many of them get only one card or sticker, but as I said, be nice and all the cast members gave me at least 2 cards.
Collected almost all of the series. |
The stickers. |
My Birthday Badges. Collected all. |
Signatories book. |
Angel. |
Limited trading pin. |
Few of the pins that I've traded with cast members. |
One of the Anniversary Pins. |
I've lost count on my collected pins. It's indeed a costly collection because the cheapest pins already cost you HKD195 for 5 random pins. I have about 8 boxes in my collections, not included the limited pins and special pins. But most importantly, the fun you have when you finally found the pin you've been looking for, the happiness and the satisfaction is all what mattered!
Tonight is the last night in Hong Kong Disneyland. I know I'll be back soon, I've been heard so much about how uninteresting is Hong Kong Disneyland but I found my happiness and childhood memories there, they never failed to give me surprises and laughter even thought I just went there twice.
How I wish I can visit Disneyland once a year.
