I love Super GT! The super cars (GT300 and GT500), the gorgeous car show models, not forgetting to mention their generosity on giving away prizes #realisticstrike

Some of my friends took part in the previous contest I've posted in my blog and Facebook Wall. Unlucky to them, they won nothing from it! They had been whining on how possible I won it since thousands of people took part in the contest! All I can say is I'm just being lucky! Of course, I have been waiting for Super GT since last year and I deserve this. #determination

Anyways, they bought tickets. They aren't satisfied that they want more gifts and gifts other than the special edition Touch N' Go card!

So, to all this lucky bastard people, Super GT 2012 is now bringing a new and special game to all the ticket purchasers out there! Holla back if you're one of them!

It simple as 123! Anyone with a ticket, Facebook account and camera/camera phone/web-cam/friend's camera/uncle's laptop/neighbor's web-cam and etc can do this!
(1) Take a picture of you and your SUPER GT 2012 Round 3 tickets.
(2) Tag us Super GT and write the serial number of your ticket(s) in the photo description.
(3) The Top 3 pictures with the most "Likes" on 7th June 2012 wins the following prizes.

[First prize] Canon PowerShot A3300IS + 1 Gridwalk Pass
[Second prize] FujiFilm Instax Mini Instant Camera + 1 Gridwalk Pass
[Third Prize] 1 Gridwalk Pass

You have now exactly 7 days to go! Strike your most creative pose and get all your friends to support you!

Here are some of my humble opinions on "Creative Pose" to win the prize.

............ umm, sorry pal I have no idea! Anyways, my suggestion would be, make sure the tickets are visible! Don't fold it into Origami, thou it is quite creative!

Perhaps, put on racer suit, lay on a super car and hold the tickets! Alternatively, hold the tickets up as if you're holding a trophy! With champagne shower and confetti as background! I've calculated the cost for this brilliant idea : RM100 (grandstands ticket) + RM19.90 (normal champagne) + RM- (magazines cut into pieces) Total up only RM200!

But hey, you probably bring home the first or second prize yo! Oh man, myself getting so excited about this! #coolingdown

I want to take part as well but my friends are so kiasu they refused to let me take picture with their tickets, afraid that I will win the prize again using their serial number! I will only collect my tickets during the racing day hence couldn't take part. So, people, now is your chance to win this! Why wait! 7 days to go before bringing home your prizes!

Sincerely speaking, I think many would aim for the First prize. I would prefer the second prize as less people aim for it and it means I have higher chance of winning it. So if you have the highest vote, ask some of your friends to unlike #likethatalsocan

LOL I'm just kidding! Who would go for second prize if they can be at the top!

I hope I hope I hope one of my readers could win this! Please guys, squeeze your brain juice and think how to win it! Good luck to everyone of you!

With Instax Mini 7s Choco Edition

Reminder!! Must write down the serial number as photo caption!

I'm back, people!

Kenny G Heart & Soul Concert indeed is one of the not-to-missed event of the year! #truestory

photo 1

Honestly speaking, I personally think that Genting Highlands is the best place ever to hold this concert. Imagine if it was to be hold in Kuala Lumpur area. The hot weather and massive traffic jam! I went sleeveless to the hall, had an enjoyable time listening to Kenny G's music makes me relaxed, moreover, it's at The Arena of Stars! Double dosage of ecstasy!

The Happy Author!

There is a Chinese saying "Good Things Come is Pairs". I'm not only getting a pair of tickets which cost RM170 each, also a hotel room at First World Hotel! Not forgetting to mention a complimentary breakfast in Hou Mei Restaurant! Make it a triple luck! Life is awesome babe!

The check-in time was between 5.00pm-6.00pm. Some of the bloggers had an early check-in instead. The boyfriend and I had work in the afternoon, we practically hopped on the car immediately after the work and rushed to Genting Highlands! Fortunately the traffic was smooth and in a very high driving speed, we managed to reach the hotel lobby 10 minutes before the check-in counter closed.

I had a very lucky room number. It was Tower Two, 25th Floor, Room 848. Once we had my little pink luggage settled in the room, we went to have BKT dinner. My craving for Bak Kut Teh fixed, finally! At about 8.15pm, we walked to the entrance of Arena of Stars.

Look at the crowd!

Once I had my tickets checked, the staff asked me politely to deposit my camera at the counter as no camera is allowed. Some of my friends managed to bring it, as far as I concern, only compact cameras are allowed. I should have bring a compact camera! Thus, no photo at all.

The concert was a blast! I couldn't describe how awesome is the concert, for those who had been there, thumbs up! End of the concert, everyone left the hall with satisfaction, and some of them were expecting a second round of encore!

Second day, we the bloggers gathered to have breakfast together. Some of them went home after the breakfast but boyfriend and I decided to stay longer, leisure time! #geddit

At the First World Hotel Lobby, there was a clown show! It's not your usual clown who only make balloon shaping and smile, this clown is talented! Forgotten to take a video of him doing stunt, it was indeed an one great show!

One of the talented clown.

The fog was thick in the morning. My contact lens dried out and it hurts my eyes so bad! Went to a drug store in First World Hotel, bought a packet of lens solution. Rinse the contact lens with it, it still dry no matter what, so I eventually took it off and disposed it. My vision was blur and guess what? I had an 'accident' with a piece of metal hanging out from a random statue, I almost go blind extremely painful! Didn't tell the boyfriend. We waited until the road is visible and safe, we were ready to go home.

I'm going home!

It's been awhile since I was in Genting Highlands due to hectic schedule and the always-full-booking hotel rooms, for this time, thanks to Nuffnang and Resort World Genting for your generosity! You guys not only made my wish came true, you are part of making this cute young couple a future husband and wife! (Photos as below)

"Will You Marry Me?"

"YES I DO!!!"

With thousands of tourist places in Malaysia, they chose Genting Highlands! The lucky girl was in shock and she sobbed when the boyfriend walked out from the crowd! Aww I feel extremely happy for them! #happytears

Meanwhile, Genting Highlands is having Chocoholic and Candylicious 2012 from 25 May to 10 June 2012! Check out Resort World Genting for more details!

Hey folks! Before I update my blog for Kenny G Heart & Soul Concert in Genting, here is the post on my last Friday. How was yours, anyway? In case anyone of you are concerning, my eye is getting better, I bet nobody could tell which eye was injured based on the photo below. #WIN.

I constantly apply the eye liquid, thou the doctor advised me to apply it twice a day. My eyes are free from contact lens since last Sunday, surprisingly I get better visual ever since.

Hey mates!

About two weeks ago, there was a funny contest going on Twitter by @thestar_rage. The contest was to tell jokes based on certain topics posted by them. The three topics were Malaysian, Singaporean and Female Driver.

My first joke: Malaysian tend not to pay for parking meter. Even getting the summon, they ignored it.

My second joke: Compared to local teenagers, more SG teenagers don't know how to drive drive just because they don't own a car at home.

Another second joke: Most Singaporean are originally from Malaysia, I don't know why they just think they're special.

My third joke: female drivers are the most aggressive road users! They know everyone will give way to ladies.

Three winners will be selected for this contest. My second-second joke was picked up by @chihohoho as one of the winners! I won a pair of tickets to #PJLaughFest2012!

Regardless what kind of tickets I'm getting, I insisted to go for this event as I really, seriously, desperately need a good laugh! Due to my eye injury, I stayed at home more than 3 days without going anywhere, let it alone watching downloaded movies as I hardly blink my eyes! #truestory

As shown in the photo above, there was an advertisement-filming going on in front of Ultimate Music, Jalan Imbi. The boyfriend and I were there to pick up some drum accessories before heading to Jaya One. The guy whom in black shirt was trying to stop me from taking picture. Buy hey, my camera was faster, and it's in a freaking public area. So freaking mysterious then find a garage to film it, otherwise do it like The Viral Factor, blocked all the roads and cover the scene with huge black clothes or whatever.

Few car accidents happened down the road caused massive traffic jam. Despite all that, It only took us about 30 minutes from Kuala Lumpur to Jaya One. The boyfriend didn't take the emergency lane so I have no idea how we actually managed to reach there earlier, just enough time to have a light dinner before the show.

PJ Laugh Fest!

Collected our tickets at the Box Office located at the second floor. The boyfriend's brother tagged along, unfortunately, all the tickets sold out! Anyway, we were given special discounts at certain restaurants/bistros, among all the choices, we decided to head to Art Mansion Bistro, also located in Jaya One.

The Menu.

Special discounts for ticket purchaser.

The Chan Brother.

The tickets I won!

One ticket for one dinner set. We ordered two pre-show dinners. The boyfriend had tea time session before so the brother and I get to order our favorites!

The super tasteful Soup of The Day.

Hanging artworks behind me.

Cost RM15++ per dinner set, super cheap! There were several different main course to choose from, you get to order pizzas and pastas. I'm a big fan of pasta, I made order for both of us.

Fettuccini Beef Bacon Cabonara.

Seafood Aglio Olio

The Fettuccini Beef Bacan Cabonara was so tempted and ended up we shared both. Requested an empty plate and put some of it for the boyfriend since it was just a light dinner for three of us. I personally preferred the Cabonara. The Aglio Olio was kind of spicy to me as my spiciness-tolerance is not up to standard if you know what I mean.

It was 15 minutes before the show starts, the younger brother decided to hangout somewhere while we were ready to enter the theater.

Yours truly.

The hall is almost full 20 minutes before. The show got a bit delayed anyway.

Beyond my expectation, I got the middle seats! What a lucky person I am. I really appreciate the good seating assigned by them, unlike other organizers who gave free tickets, they sometimes put you at the front row or the last row, either one, you will never get the good view of it. But this time, Mine were C12 and C13, second row from the stage!

The man of the show!

Andrew Netto "Inked and Approved"

The opening act of the night, a stand up comedian from Singapore. I couldn't find her name from the internet, if I'm not mistaken her name is Shahrul, I am not joking, it's her name!

Cracking some married Indian women jokes.

Frankly speaking, I didn't know who is Andrew Netto before the show. For those who haven't watch him LIVE, watch this video. (There are few white men but you just focus on the Indian guy who cracked jokes about he met a Malaysian in a club named Ruby Room in Perth, he is the one.)

He is definitely 300% funnier than what shown in the video!!! I almost get muscle tear from the laughing throughout the night! He is so damn good in cracking jokes especially on everything related to Malaysia! Can't stop laughing during the show! He made jokes from his own childhood, clubbing moments, relatives, and even Tamil movies!

Honestly speaking, this is the second time I went to a comedian show. The first time was about 2 years ago, The Comedy Club at Zouk, I was given a pair of tickets courtesy of TimeOut KL and I went with the boyfriend.

There were a line up of comedians from different countries. Our favorite comedian was the Indian guy. Such a coincidence that the Indian guy in The Comedy Club is Andrew Netto! Our most favorite joke of his is :

If Air Asia is running a hospital, the tagline would be "Now Everyone Can Die". Imagine that, you must put in 50 cent coins for oxygen mask and if you are running out of coins, you know what will happen.

What a super funny tickle! This is not ALL THAT. I obviously can't crack jokes like they do, please get a ticket and reward yourself a great laugh night! I guaranteed you that you won't regret it! You probably going to tell me that Russell Peters is better. But heyy! Russell Peters' jokes can be easily found from the internet, Youtube and etc. #Geddit ?

After the show,

She's good in cracking jokes too!

Ladies, you may bump into him if you're a Zouk clubber. #insiderjokes

Andrew Netto!

Although Andrew Netto "Inked and Approved" has ended, fret not! Check out PJ Live Arts for more details on #PJLaughFest2012 !

Such a waste that the boyfriend's brother couldn't enter the theater. The show ended at 10.30pm. The boyfriend decided to have late dinner at Sunway Giza. Almost all the restaurants are closed, we just simply picked Wong Kok.

Pasta again, yes!

The food and service is so-so. Don't really like the ambiance, as if they have one. Worse, a group of teenagers were sitting next to our table. They made a lot of noise! The girls sang with their iPad, the guys talked about how much they spent a week for dating, one of the couples said they spent one thousand a week. Seriously? With that Sungei Wang style pants and keyboard-slippers? Moreover, the girlfriend needs to pay for your meal? Either you're selling pirated CD or you have an estate #youkidmenot

That's us!

Kenny G (Kenneth Bruce Gorelick) is not only the most astounding, outstanding, extraordinary and talent Saxophonist, this man himself is a phenomena! #obamaface.jpg

From my parents' generation, Kenny G music is well-known among all the people from different background. His music is repeatedly play in almost all the hotels and lounges, frankly speaking, it would be awkward and is unforgiven if these places play random mix-tapes instead of Kenny G's!

For those who mistaken Kenny G as an old fashioned musician, you are totally deserve to be kicked in the teeth. Check out the video below. (scroll to 3:53)

It's Katy Perry for god's sake! There is also a hearsay that Foster Of People wanted to have collaboration with Kenny G as well! Who doesn't know Katy Perry and Foster Of People? Your idols adore Kenny G so much that they would put so much efforts in getting Kenny G to collaborate with them!

Technically, saxophonist doesn't just breathe in breathe out into the piece of metal. It takes trillion times of practice session and endless efforts to keep every notes fine-tuned, soothing and calm. It amazed me when Kenny G performed every intonation perfectly. I was once considered of taking saxophone class. Have a friend who play saxophone for living, he frankly advised me not to as I have difficulties in projecting sufficient airflow from the diaphragm due to me body size. #youkidmenot

Well, don't judge a book by its cover. To be specific, many probably think that Kenny G is nothing more than just a talented saxophonist because of his hairstyle and low profile. To me, HE IS SEXY AND INDEED A GOOD LOOKING PERSON!

So this is Kenny G.

And, this is Jason Statham.

SEE THAT? THEY LOOK ALIKE! Maybe different eye colors. And one with hair one without.

Anyway, put that aside. I saw an advertisement from a newspaper about Kenny G is having a concert. Details are stated as below:

Date: 19 May 2012 (Saturday)
Time: 8.00pm
Venue: Arena of Stars, Genting

My parents must be overly thrilled that they could have heart attack if I get a pair of tickets for them! I immediately checked out the website. (Thinking of the lovely couple having good time together makes me happy as well) Unfortunately, the tickets are sold out. #lightingstrike

The solid proof, here is.

Not Available = sorry dude you can go home eat banana.

Alternatively, I may register to a membership scheme and PROBABLY get to purchase one PS4 ticket. #areyoukidding

Considering what is the odd so I was kind of upset. Unless this membership scheme allowed one ticket per three person entry! *fliptable*

I am a strong believer in "There's A Will, There's A Way". I want a pair of tickets so badly that I actually went to Genting last Friday hoping they have few tickets left. I went to the ticketing counter several times just to check out if the staff may have kept few tickets for personal purposes. Did I get any ticket? NEGATIVE. #shatteredface

Damn I was so close to it! 2 hours of leisure time with Kenny G, mesmerized by his wonderful tunes and family time with my parents. Nothing is going to happen now. Fullstops. #wipetears

Dear Kenny, why you do this to me? T.T

For the past few days, I had been dwelling on the fact that I am a bad person for not getting my parents the tickets, until...

On Saturday, received a notification email from Nuffang regarding the concert. OMG, can you believe it how lucky I am? Right now, thanks to Nuffnang and Resort World Genting, they generously giving away 5 pairs of Kenny G Heart & Soul Concert that is happening on the coming Saturday!

(This is why bloggers are encouraged to join Nuffnang community because they always bring awesomely, unbeatable offers/prizes to you!)

Well, I haven't get tickets from Nuffnang nor Resort World Genting as the five pairs of ticket are only given to the best 5 blog entries! #pickmepickmepickmepickmepickmepickmepickmepickmepickmepickme

I'm waiting for a sign, and THIS IS IT. May the Goddess of Fortune stand by me. Nuffnang, please marry me be my Lady Luck. #kneeldown

PS : Good luck to other bloggers whom wishing to get a pair of tickets too! Hope to see you guys there!
