Many asked me what it feels like to be with someone for 8 years. Are we getting married? Are we getting engaged or whatsoever people just curious about plans that we might think of. Nothing I could able to tell as many things are accountable in this relationship, and somehow I see it from different perspectives, and marriage or engagement aren't the only thing I want to achieve in life. In order for me to be someone I always wanted to be, marriage is the last thing on my mind.

At some point, plannings are the spoilers. Collectively. When you have plans, and when your partner disagree about that, that's it. Arguments, cold wars and to be frank, I missed the cold wars and apparently, it was so yesterday and now I believe we focus on something else rather than never-ending dramas and affairs. It's so entertaining and fun, maybe you named it as betrayals but hey, like I told you, different perspectives.

I am nobody to tell you about what is all about relationship. I can tell you that we are the special pair among our friends because we hold on and throughout the years, we are willingly to change ourselves for a better future and we make lesser wild assumption, most importantly, we put faiths in each other.

We are bitch to each other. He would never understand the high school dramas I involved and the enjoyment I have; I would never understand the games and jokes he's been throwing and somehow, we feel that "oh my, you're so annoying!" kind of feelings. Sometimes, I can be a total bitch when I try to interfere his activities or he just simply ignorance. He said I've been serious and firm to others. I think he's too friendly and my point of view in this, he's a music instructor and how could his young students play with him, climb on him or scratched his arms until left scars. If I'm him, I would bitch-slap them but it's impossible, it's not because I won't bitch slapping people, it's because I am a hell serious teacher and they won't dare to mess with me. So, basically, we are totally opposite.

We were just had our 8th Year Anniversary lately and here are the gifts from him. Enjoy peeps. And seriously, it's very naturally gorgeous and I am totally in love with this pictures.

It's a refreshing restaurant with tree trucks alongside the paths and white curtains at the staircase-entrance definitely add a plus. I love their decoration, the white-washed tables and chairs and comfy sofas with red curtains make it even more unique and exotic compared to other restaurant I've visited before.

When I got home that night as my wife served dinner, I held her hand and said, I've got something to tell you. She sat down and ate quietly. Again I observed the hurt in her eyes. Suddenly I didn't know how to open my mouth. But I had to let her know what I was thinking. I want a divorce. I raised the topic calmly. She didn't seem to be annoyed by my words, instead she asked me softly, why? I avoided her question. This made her angry. She threw away the chopsticks and shouted at me, you are not a man!

That night, we didn't talk to each other. She was weeping. I knew she wanted to find out what had happened to our marriage. But I could hardly give her a satisfactory answer; she had lost my heart to Jane. I didn't love her anymore. I just pitied her! With a deep sense of guilt, I drafted a divorce agreement which stated that she could own our house, our car, and 30% stake of my company. She glanced at it and then tore it into pieces.

The woman who had spent ten years of her life with me had become a stranger. I felt sorry for her wasted time, resources and energy but I could not take back what I had said for I loved Jane so dearly. Finally she cried loudly in front of me, which was what I had expected to see. To me her cry was actually a kind of release. The idea of divorce which had obsessed me for several weeks seemed to be firmer and clearer now.

The next day, I came back home very late and found her writing something at the table. I didn't have supper but went straight to sleep and fell asleep very fast because I was tired after an eventful day with Jane. When I woke up, she was still there at the table writing. I just did not care so I turned over and was asleep again.

In the morning she presented her divorce conditions: she didn't want anything from me, but needed a month's notice before the divorce. She requested that in that one month we both struggle to live as normal a life as possible. Her reasons were simple: our son had his exams in a month's time and she didn't want to disrupt him with our broken marriage. This was agreeable to me. But she had something more, she asked me to recall how I had carried her into out bridal room on our wedding day. She requested that every day for the month's duration I carry her out of our bedroom to the front door ever morning.

I thought she was going crazy. Just to make our last days together bearable I accepted her odd request. I told Jane about my wife's divorce conditions. . She laughed loudly and thought it was absurd. No matter what tricks she applies, she has to face the divorce, she said scornfully. My wife and I hadn't had any body contact since my divorce intention was explicitly expressed. So when I carried her out on the first day, we both appeared clumsy. Our son clapped behind us, daddy is holding mommy in his arms. His words brought me a sense of pain. From the bedroom to the sitting room, then to the door, I walked over ten meters with her in my arms. She closed her eyes and said softly; don't tell our son about the divorce. I nodded, feeling somewhat upset. I put her down outside the door. She went to wait for the bus to work. I drove alone to the office.

On the second day, both of us acted much more easily. She leaned on my chest. I could smell the fragrance of her blouse. I realized that I hadn't looked at this woman carefully for a long time. I realized she was not young any more. There were fine wrinkles on her face, her hair was graying! Our marriage had taken its toll on her. For a minute I wondered what I had done to her. On the fourth day, when I lifted her up, I felt a sense of intimacy returning. This was the woman who had given ten years of her life to me. On the fifth and sixth day, I realized that our sense of intimacy was growing again. I didn't tell Jane about this. It became easier to carry her as the month slipped by.

Perhaps the everyday workout made me stronger. She was choosing what to wear one morning. She tried on quite a few dresses but could not find a suitable one. Then she sighed, all my dresses have grown bigger. I suddenly realized that she had grown so thin, that was the reason why I could carry her more easily. Suddenly it hit me... she had buried so much pain and bitterness in her heart. Subconsciously I reached out and touched her head. Our son came in at the moment and said, Dad, it's time to carry mom out. To him, seeing his father carrying his mother out had become an essential part of his life. My wife gestured to our son to come closer and hugged him tightly. I turned my face away because I was afraid I might change my mind at this last minute. I then held her in my arms, walking from the bedroom, through the sitting room, to the hallway. Her hand surrounded my neck softly and naturally. I held her body tightly; it was just like our wedding day. But her much lighter weight made me sad.

On the last day, when I held her in my arms I could hardly move a step. Our son had gone to school. I held her tightly and said, I hadn't noticed that our life lacked intimacy. I drove to office.... jumped out of the car swiftly without locking the door. I was afraid any delay would make me change my mind...I walked upstairs. Jane opened the door and I said to her, Sorry, Jane, I do not want the divorce anymore. She looked at me, astonished, and then touched my forehead. Do you have a fever? She said. I moved her hand off my head. Sorry, Jane, I said, I won't divorce. My marriage life was boring probably because she and I didn't value the details of our lives, not because we didn't love each other anymore. Now I realize that since I carried her into my home on our wedding day I am supposed to hold her until death do us apart. Jane seemed to suddenly wake up. She gave me a loud slap and then slammed the door and burst into tears. I walked downstairs and drove away.

At the floral shop on the way, I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife. The salesgirl asked me what to write on the card. I smiled and wrote, I'll carry you out every morning until death do us apart. That evening I arrived home, flowers in my hands, a smile on my face, I run up stairs, only to find my wife in the bed - dead.

My wife had been fighting CANCER for months and I was so busy with Jane to even notice. She knew that she would die soon and she wanted to save me from the whatever negative reaction from our son, in case we push thru with the divorce.-- At least, in the eyes of our son--- I'm a loving husband....

The small details of your lives are what really matter in a relationship. It is not the mansion, the car, property, the money in the bank. These create an environment conducive for happiness but cannot give happiness in themselves. So find time to be your spouse's friend and do those little things for each other that build intimacy. Do have a real happy marriage! If you don't share this, nothing will happen to you. If you do, you just might save a marriage. Many of life's failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up. A CHRIST-CENTERED MARRIAGE IS A MARRIAGE THAT IS SURE TO LAST A LIFETIME. So then, they are no longer two but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate. Matthew 19:6. By Stephanie Halmilton.

:) value the person in your life. I love you, JC.

Sakae Sushi indeed a recommended place to have Japanese. The prices are affordable and it doesn't taste weird wth. Sorry to tell, if compared to Sushi King, Sakae Sushi has better quality and service. Seriously I don't recommend to dine in Sushi King, undeniably it used to be my favorite place because Sushi King is the Japanese restaurant in my town during my younger time.

Then I move to this big city for further studies, I am fed with so many new and exciting things that I never come across in my hometown. Sakae Sushi is one of the new things. I had a friend gathering few months back and they suggested Sakae Sushi for dinner. Since then, to be speicfic, within 6 months, I went there for 4 times, including this time.

It feels so much better and convenient where we actually have a self-service ordering touch screen. It is just a click away to order your food. Cut the crap for waving your hand calling for always-being-blind-and-deaf waiters/waitresses, it make me feel like an idiot, seriously. Also the frustration for waiting them to refill your green tea, it would like take them forever to refill it. In Sakae Sushi, you can refill 1245865745266 times as you like because the hot water pipe just a hand away.

Beef and mushroom rice.

Teriyaki Chicken rice.

Tempura noodle.

The dish of the month : Scallop.

on Apart from their variety of sushi on belt, I love their green tea. It tastes differently. Take a sip and you'll feel the aroma of roasted rice mixed with green tea ohmygod I likey it. I've been searching for such green tea and please tell me if you able to find one.

Apart from that, if you ask me where the most suitable place for first time dating, I'll pick Sakae Sushi. Girls can always check out their teeth or  mouth or face for ketchup stains or whatsoever.  Or you can practice your smile before your date arrives. Talk about convenience. *wink wink*

Prank him, Drummer Bee's younger brother. He checked his teeth immediately after I told him that seaweed stuck in between his tooth. And snap snap snap! Aww, I like the feelings for making fun out of him.

I know it looks so bad, but my stomach was so full and when I felt so full, my brain will go funny and started to make stupid jokes, it was like being not me at all. I am a very serious person, mind you.

Recently I just received this RM20 cash voucher from Citibank, thus I decided to utilize it before the due date. The bill was RM89 ++ but after the deduction, we only paid for about RM70. Don't be upset if you are Citibank Card user but you do not received any vouchers from them. Now, all Citibank Credit Card users are entitled for buy 1 free 1 hand-roll promotion at Sakae Sushi!

This promotion will end on 31st Dec 2010. So hurry peeps!

Treat my family a dinner in IR1968 to celebrate the 8th Year Anniversary.

The decoration in the restaurant.

3 weeks ago, I contacted the person-in-charge to make a booking for VIP room. They are attentive and sincere, they basically fulfilled all my requests perfectly and I have nothing to complain about. The person-in-charge had given me her personal number which is really out of my expectation. Our arrival is welcomed by the restaurant manager, a 21 years old lady. my god, so capable and she is way too matured to be in her age.

We love the ambiance and most importantly, the quality of the food really worth for the every cent I spent.

I know it looks weird and incomplete without the pictures of food. Just for you to laugh, it's been a long time I never play badminton until 2 days ago. My whole body is aching and I hardly press the keyboards. I feel so exhausted but man, talk about sweating and your shirts wet, I love the feeling of it. I feel so alive and wet, lols. So, in another 3 hours, I'll conquer the world play badminton with my buddies and brother. Toddles!

This is the second time we took part in Dogathon, but this time the event is even bigger with more dogs. Last year, I brought 3 of my dogs and for this time, I brought all of them, including Gambit, the new member who just joined the family 3 months ago.

Gambit, the 5 Months Baby Alaskan Malamute.

Mumble, the mix-blooded of Sharpei and Bull Mastiff.

Joker, the incredible hulk pug.

Roche, the most enthusiastic Belgium Shepherd.

Health screening before the registration. At this stage, they will check if your dog carries any contagious sickness that might harm other dogs. These future vets will also inspect if your dogs are in good tempered and fit to join this event. Undoubtedly, my dogs passed this stage and just for your information, they praised that all my dogs are well-trained and friendly to humans. Urgh, my dogs will bite on command.

Fastest Eating Duo.

Roche joined the large breed group but did not win the game. She refused to finish to food and I guess the food is not as delicious as what we feed her with, lols. So drummer-bee and Mumble joined for the 3rd round and they are the first runner up! Drummer-bee was 3 seconds after the other pair as the owner finished the task first. Mumble can ate so fast and she was waiting for her daddy to feed her with the jelly.

Rise of Giza

Mumble and my brother did not won for this round but Mumble won the first runner up the previous round when she teamed up with her daddy. :) Daddy and daughter rawks!

Mumble won twice for this game. They have 4 rounds and I have 3 tickets with me. So I've registered Mumble for the 2nd round and she won it! Then for the 4th round, I registered Roche and Mumble in the same group and guess what? Both of them were the top 3 and they won the game!

The Mummification

Your dog needs to bring the bandage by wrapping it around their body and run to the ending point. There were 5 color dots and you need to cover the dots with bandage. Once you finished wrapping it, just raise your hand to the judges. Mumble won the 1st runner up because she can run fast.

The prizes. :)
