Honestly speaking, I miss blogging!
I got a job, finally. What the fuck did I just said. Anyway, I love my job, despite the irregular working hours, fast-paced working environment, and time-consuming. What I meant by irregular working hours is, I basically work 24-7 because I'm managing few social platforms for different brands, I need to be personalized and practically, every product has their own image, and I need to 'voice' differently.
Argh, I know I sounds depressed but I'm not. So, today I want to share my short getaway to Cameron Highland roughly a month ago.
It was a spontaneous decision. The boys decided to have a road trip during my absence for our usual 'teh-tarik-moment'. They conveniently dragged Elly and I into their plan, and I counted my mom in.
It was a long journey, my gosh! Before heading up to the hill, we stopped at Ipoh for dim sum breakfast!
Restoran Foh San Sdn Bhd
51 Jalan Leong Sin Nam,
30300 Ipoh Perak.
GPS Coordinates: N4 35.815 E101 05.168
Business hours: 6.30am to 2pm (Closed every Tuesday)
It was on Friday. Surprisingly the restaurant wasn't packed in the morning.
All of us are Olympus camera users. Except my mom. Don't know if you've noticed it, all my photos are glommy-yellowish! Anyone can tell me why? Obviously I was using iAuto all the time.
Satisfied! After the breakfast, the boyfriend insisted to have Ipoh white coffee. The coffee is awesome, k? Worth the petrol!
I saw this Chinese temple and asked our friend, George to pull over.
I was slightly tired due to the lack of sleeping time the night before. It's not as exhausted as what you may thought of, George and Calvin kept entertaining us with their lame jokes, while I interrupted with my sarcastically bubbly jokes, we all had fun, everyone burst into laughter!
Our first stop was at a random strawberry-plucking farm. It's a typical farm with rows of tiny strawberry pots and some beautiful plants. Seriously, plucking strawberry is a no to me. All the juicy and fresh strawberry are probably plucked before you! Might as well I buy it from the store. Not to mention that the price is a bit pricey.
Second stop, Avant Chocolate.
Over dosage of strawberries!
Planned to buy chocolate for my sister, my mom suggested to buy it during our way home. I told them to remind me, and they didn't!
After all the random stops, we reached the town, finally!
BOH Tea Centre - one of the must-visit-attractions in Cameron Highland.
No, we didn't wait for the tour guide.
They show you the tea-processing in this factory. From the tea-tasting to tea-packaging. Not going to post it up here, these are the things you should find it out yourself yo!
I did taste the leaf, it's tasteless. My advice to you is, don't simply put unrefined tea leaf into your mouth.
Part two, perhaps?

Not sure if this temple is famous. We wandered around, there are few wishing wells and statues.I offered to take photos of them, my boyfriend was the only one without a camera so he used iPad instead. Please ignore his method in taking photos.
