Good day everyone!
Had been slacking back in Melbourne. Woke up in the late morning blame in on the bed for being so tempting especially during winter time! Been planning to visit the Melbourne Aquarium weeks ago but as usual, missed the greatest time of the day, so this time I forced myself to wake up one minutes before the alarm clock starts buzzing! Talk about initiative, that's me.
Glimpse of sunray.

One of my favorite buliding in Melbourne CBD. |
You reap what you sow. Slept late due to movie marathon the night before and woke up with swollen eye-bags the next day. Took a quick bath. Aggressively pulled the drawer and accidentally broke the handle.

Oh My God, gonna fix it when I'm back. |
|
Pale face without make up, I was late! |
Hopped on to a tram and hopped off about 2 blocks away from Melbourne Aquarium.

Frankly speaking, I felt conned by Melbourne Aquarium. The first time I was there the highlight was a giant monster of the sea and was anticipated much to see it myself I actually storm out from the other display halls just to reach the display hall of Monster Of The Sea something, what a let down when I finally saw a FROZEN OCTUPUS in a big rectangular ice cube placed in a dark room. But considering the possibility, I knew I asked too much! #Terrible
Melbourne Aquarium has been doing great job in saving our marine life!

A brief introduction : Sea Star is a threat to other animal species of Port Philip Bay as this sea star is an introduced species from Pacific Ocean. The Northern Pacific Sea Star has no predators in Victoria and its population increases rapidly. It has an appetite for many native shellfish such as mussels and scallops and others marine species.

Enjoyed to the fullest in Melbourne Aquarium! Melbourne Aquarium is a home to many marine species and educationally, Melbourne Aquarium has put so much effort in it and they even have an iPhone app to be downloaded! It's one of the best place to visit in Melbourne as you got to view and have a close-up with certain species. Apart from that, you'll meet numbers of their in-house guides ready to assist you in information about the species. So talk about information comes in-handy, they've done a perfect job about it. Although the exhibition hall is smaller than Ocean Park [Hong Kong] but considering the entrance fee, I give Melbourne Aquarium two thumbs up!
