Basically all the places I went during my previous holiday in Melbourne are my second time (First time was about 5 years ago). Eureka Skydeck 88 wasn't existed during my first time there. After then, I found out about it in some random travel magazine, anticipated much since the moment I touched down at the airport!
Frankly speaking, I've done a lot of walking in Melbourne. If it wasn't during winter I think I can die. #truestory
I walked from Elizabeth Street, the exact street where I rented a studio apartment. Here are few of the street views from the city to Eureka Skydeck 88.

Concession ticket, I have. |

Southern Hemispheres Fastest Lift. |
There were two lifts up to Eureka Skydeck 88. It only takes 38 seconds from Ground Floor to 88th Floor.
Tips: I spent at least two hours up there. Kill your time having Australian made liquor/coffee while waiting for sunset. There was no time limit for visitors so just stay as longer as you want.

At the Kiosk 88. |

Jacob's Creek, one of their recommendation drinks. |
While waiting for sunset, check out the brilliant views (daylight) - not only the city, the view also extending to the Dandedong ranges!

The first time I saw this machine was in Hong Kong Disneyland. Never though they have it in Melbourne as well! I did not buy this from Eureka Skydeck 88 which I am kind of regretted not to buy it! #lessonlearned
Nightfall - the spectacular Melbourne Skyline night scape! Holy cow so fucking beautiful and you will regret if you don't visit Eureka Skydeck at night!

Flinders Train Station, Federation Square and St Paul's Cathedral. |
|
Vibrant city. |
The Terrace - the floor I was standing on is about 300 meter above the ground. It's an airlock viewing deck and only covered by the fence as shown below. Step through The Terrace (beware of the strong winds) visitors are
rewarded with windows-free and reflection-free view of Melbourne City.

I sent some postcards from Skydeck 88 too! The management does not emphasized anything regarding this postal service on the brochure so make sure you don't missed this since I already show you!
|
Ready with the postcards and international stamps! |
|
Indeed! |
|
Oh Ma, this is the place where I sent the postcard from! |
My mission accomplished (postcard business) and it's time for dinner! Another 38 seconds from 88th Floor to the Ground Floor.
And it's walking time again to China Town.

On the way. |

After days and days consuming western food, my craving for Malaysian food finally fixed! As recommended by students who are staying same floor with me, they suggested Madam Kay's!

The price is reasonable! Portion is big and the food is super delicious! No wonder it is highly recommended among Malaysian students over there! Only we know the best Malaysian food, I am contented.
Have to wake up early after the dinner, it's the day for university-hopping! Till then.
